【论著】羊水穿刺超声定位的有关问题探讨

摘要目的探讨羊膜腔穿刺术超声定位的有关问题。方法对203例妊娠16~24周孕妇在超声定位下羊水穿刺，进行羊水细胞制备染色体分析。结果203例均穿刺成功，其中一次穿刺201例，两次穿刺2例。术后随访无1例妊娠丢失。结论熟练的技术、准确的定位和穿刺点选择及灵活的超声引导技巧有助于提高对超声引导下羊膜腔穿刺术的成功率。

ABSTRACTObjectiveTo investigate some questions about ultrasound locatization of amniocentesis. Methods203 cases of gravidas whose gravidity time from 16 to 24 weeks underwent amniocentesis under ultrasound locatization, aminotic cell preparation and chromosome analysis. ResultsAll of the 203 cases were succeeded in amniocentesis under ultrasound locatization, including one time in 201 cases and 2 times in 2. No pregnancy lost was found by follow up after the operation. Piqure points concentrated on 3 areas of middle upper, right upper and left upper in 139 cases (account for 68.47%). 21 cases underwent amniocentesis through placenta were found bleeding by ultrasonic inspection after the puncture. Bleeding time was from 2 to 9 minutes in 6 cases who underwent amniocentesis through thicker part of placenta while it was from 30 seconds to 2 minutes in 15 through marginal part. ConclusionSkillful operation, accurate location of piqure point and flexible ultrasound guide are essential for the success rate of amniocentesis by ultrasound locatization.
