【论著】自然流产小鼠绒毛滋养细胞PCNA和OPN的表达与相关研究

摘要目的比较正常妊娠和自然流产小鼠绒毛滋养细胞增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen, PCNA)和骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin, OPN)的表达,探讨自然流产的发病机制。方法建立正常妊娠模型CBA×BALB/c和自然流产模型CBA×DBA/2。采用免疫组化SP法测定两组孕13 d绒毛滋养细胞PCNA和OPN的表达。结果与正常妊娠相比,自然流产绒毛滋养细胞PCNA和OPN的表达均明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论绒毛滋养细胞PCNA和OPN的表达低下与自然流产的发生有关。

ResultsCompared with normal pregnancy models, both of the expressions of PCNA and OPN in trophoblasts of spontaneous abortion mouse models were significantly decreased (P<0.01,P<0.05). ConclusionThe weakening of PCNA and OPN in trophoblastic cells may be related to the occurrence of spontaneous abortion.
