摘要目的探讨STAT 4、STAT 6在原因不明复发性流产(URSA)患者蜕膜组织中的表达。方法用免疫组化法检测20例URSA患者蜕膜组织中STAT 4、STAT 6的表达与分布,并以20例正常早孕妇女为对照。结果① 对照组和URSA组蜕膜组织中STAT 4、STAT 6均呈阳性表达,阳性染色主要位于蜕膜细胞的胞浆,胞核多数无明显着色。② STAT 4:蜕膜组织中阳性细胞平均灰度值URSA组为144.70±7.71,对照组为120.53±14.86,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③ STAT6:蜕膜组织中阳性细胞平均灰度值URSA组为124.30±5.35,对照组为152.10±2.10,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。④ 两组妇女蜕膜组织中STAT 4、STAT 6表达水平均呈负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论STAT 4在URSA组中高表达,STAT 6在URSA组的低表达,可能诱导Th 1/Th 2失衡,STAT 4、STAT 6介导的信号通路可能是URSA的发病机制之一。

The expression of STAT 4、STAT 6 in the decidua of women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion

ABSTRACTObjectiveTo investigate the roles of transcription factor STAT 4、STAT 6 in the pathogenesis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) at the fetalmaternal interface. MethodsThe expression and distribution of STAT 4、STAT 6 were examined By immunohistochemistry on the decidua obtained from 20 women with URSA and 20 normal pregnant wonmen respectively. ResultsThe expression of STAT 4、STAT 6 were both positive and located mainly in the decidua cells. The expression of STAT 4 positive cells in URSA group (144.70±7.71) were significantly higher than the controls (120.53±14.86). The expression of STAT 6 positive cells in URSA group (124.30±5.35) were significantly lower than the controls (152.10±2.10). Numbers of cells expressing STAT 4 negatively correlated significantly with STAT 6 positive cell numbers in decidua cells. ConclusionThe results demonstrated that upregulated expression of STAT 4 and downregulated expression of STAT6 are found in the decidua cells of wonmen with URSA, Imbalance of STAT4/ STAT6 might interfere with type 1 helper T cell (Th1) type 2 helper T cell (Th2) differentiation. STAT 4、STAT 6 may be one of the major causes of URSA.
