【论著】阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变中的临床价值

摘要目的探讨阴道镜检查在诊断宫颈病变中的实用价值。方法对我院妇产科1999年10月—2005年4月的351例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查及病理学检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果阴道镜检查的351例患者中，全部进行病理学检查，阴道镜下诊断为慢性宫颈炎217例，宫颈癌前病变109例，宫颈原位癌及浸润癌25例。病理诊断慢性宫颈炎226例，宫颈癌前病变101例，宫颈原位癌及浸润癌24例。两者相比，诊断符合率在90%以上。结论阴道镜检查对提早发现宫颈癌前病变及早期宫颈癌具有重要价值。

The clinical value of the colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions

ABSTRACTObjectiveTo explore the function of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. MethodsThe 351 cases of cervical lesions dingnosed by colposcopy and pathology from Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitals during october 1999 to April 2005 were reviewed. Results351 cases were examined by colposcopy and pathology. Among 217 cases diagnosed as chronic cervivitis by colposcopy, 109 cases were further diagnosed pathologically as cervical precancerous lesions, 25 cases as invasive cervical cacinomas in situ. The consistency between colposcopy and pathology reaches 90%. ConclusionThe colposcopy is with significance in the early diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cancer in situ.
