吴超群 教授

    1945年11月出生,医学博士,复旦大学生命科学学院,遗传工程国家重点实验室教授。上海细胞生物学学会理事、国际细胞因子协会资深会员。

    1968年毕业于上海医科大学医学系, 1991年公派赴美国克利夫兰医学中心任博士后研究员,1997在澳大利亚悉尼新南威尔士大学病理系任客座研究员,1998年11月回国至今在复旦大学生命科学院遗传所,遗传工程国家重点实验室工作。长期从事医学分子生物学和细胞生物学研究,主要涉及分子细胞生物学教学和细胞分化的表观遗传学和基因表达谱,环境和营养因素对人体基因的表观遗传学调控等方面的研究,人体巨噬细胞特异性基因的克隆、表达及相应功能研究,一氧化氮合成酶蛋白的晶体结构分析及功能的研究,人血小板造血因子(TPO, thrombopoitin)诱导的造血细胞内NFkappaB信号途径研究。

    1999年起承担或共同承担浙江省自然科学基金课题,国家自然科学基金面上和重点项目等五项。曾获2002年教育部二等奖,2002年上海市科技成果证书,2001年浙江省中医药科技成果一等奖。1988年卫生部科技进步二等奖和1988年卫生部科技进步二等奖和1987年浙江省科技进步二等奖。培养博士研究生3名,硕士研究生5名。发表研究论文38篇,其中Sci 杂志27篇。任中国大百科全书(第二版)遗传学科副主编,主编出版著作“细胞生物学英语教材”,“表观遗传学原理与应用”两部,译著“与您的基因对话?遗传营养工程学”和表观遗传学常用技术” 两部。 参编“生物化学技术原理及应用”,。参译“基因VIII”,“遗传学原理”等三部。
